• My file won't upload. — Ensure your file is a valid PDF (for PDF tools) or a JPG/PNG (for Image to PDF). Files that are password-protected or corrupted may fail to upload. Try with a different file to confirm.
• The download button isn't appearing. — This can happen if the processing step failed silently. Try refreshing the page and re-uploading your file. If the issue persists, please contact us with the details below.
• My compressed PDF is the same size. — Compression is most effective on image-heavy PDFs. Text-only or already-optimized PDFs may see little reduction, as there's minimal overhead to remove.
• I accidentally closed the tab before downloading. — Unfortunately, your file cannot be recovered once the browser session is closed. This is by design for your privacy — files are deleted when you leave. Please re-upload your original file to process it again.
• I want to report a bug or unexpected behavior. — Please email us a description of the issue, the browser and device you are using, and what you were trying to do. Screenshots are always helpful.

• A brief description of the issue you encountered.
